Happy Returns is a returns management solution that works with top online fashion retailers to streamline their returns process, saving them money and strengthening their customer relationships. Their client list reads like a who’s who of eCommerce retailers, like Everlane and Rothy’s, and in just six years they have grown from a small startup (in nearby Santa Monica) to a nationwide powerhouse, with return bars located in select retail chains and FedEx Office locations. Best of all, they’re working to make returns more sustainable along the way.
We at Reusability are proud of the work we have accomplished with Happy Returns to help them reach their goals. We are equally proud that they have successfully completed their acquisition with PayPal, a global leader in online payment solutions (you can read more about it on their website). Needless to say, it has been a big year for Happy Returns, and we’ve been happy to see how seamlessly their team has been able to service their customers and return bars throughout the acquisition process.

We all know that acquisitions can lead to chaos among teams, but we are pleased to report that the cross-team communication and performance between Happy Returns and Reusability has never been stronger. In fact, our relationship has grown in the past months during the transition to PayPal ownership, and the pieces of their returns management puzzle that are in our hands – asset tracking, replacement, and reporting – are exceeding benchmarks month after month. As much as we would like to take credit, we have to tip our caps to the team at Happy Returns for working closely with us to ensure the program’s success throughout a potentially turbulent time.
