Employee Spotlight: Caroline Coffee

1. What do you do at Reusability?
   1. Sales Development for Reusable Packaging Programs: research, prospecting, lead qualification, and outreach; fostering new deals, opportunities, and partnerships
      
      
2. What’s the biggest misconception people have about your position?
   1. Sales roles are simply about getting clients to buy what you are selling. Especially with sustainability programs, the role is about connecting to a network, building a relationship, and creating stickiness for strategic, long-lasting mutual ROI.
      
      
3. If you could snap your fingers and become an expert in something, what would it be?
   1. Surfing and the violin – currently in a complicated relationship with both!
      
      
4. What is the one thing you can’t resist?
   1. Dessert
      
      
5. What is your greatest fear?
   1. Letting myself down
      
      
6. Where is your favorite place to be?
   1. The beach and the mountains
      
      
7. What is the weirdest job you’ve ever had?
   1. Door-to-Door sales for what I later found out was a pyramid scheme – I made it 6 days
      
      
8. Of any trips you’ve taken, what was your favorite?
   1. Solo adventure to Indonesia – Spending 2 weeks exploring small island chains, surfing, scuba diving, and eating amazing fruit
      
      
9. Favorite movie?
   1. The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh
      
      
10. What do you love doing outside of work?
    1. Gardening! Nurturing plants, digging in the dirt, and connecting to nature are some of my true passions
       
       
11. If you could meet one person, living or dead, who would it be?
    1. Bob Ross – to paint and talk about life  
       
       
12. If you set your music player to random, what are the 3 songs most likely to play?
    1. "No Words"- Big Wild, "Dreams"- Fleetwood Mac, or "What a Fool Believes"- The Doobie Brothers.

20. Finally, why did you choose to work at Reusability?
    1. I continuously look for purpose in the work I do. As I keep learning about sustainability and our global challenges surrounding consumption and waste, I want to contribute my skills to solving these problems in impactful ways.
